Civil Engineers play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure of our cities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our building projects and oversee project execution from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive site execution strategies in coordination with architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple civil works simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Review structural drawings and design specifications, suggesting cost-effective solutions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain oversight of budgeting, contractor performance, and progress monitoring, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to key stakeholders through charts, emails, and reports.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of on-site experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in CAD software and ability to read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
