Job Overview

The role involves collaborating with financial advisors and staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting financial advisors in servicing clients by preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions as directed by the advisor.
  • Preparing and summarizing client meetings, scheduling and confirming appointments, creating agendas, and providing necessary follow-up.
  • Ensuring new business paperwork is successfully submitted, including preparing forms, obtaining signatures, and tracking new insurance/annuity applications.
  • Coordinating marketing events, creating compliance documentation, and providing general administrative support such as answering phone calls, processing expense reports, and setting up client files.
  • Assisting advisors in increasing their social media presence and helping clients enroll/servicing on various tools.

Required qualifications include:

  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (SERIES 7 and possibly state securities, IAR, and insurance licenses).
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings) and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Finance-related degree or diploma preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, basic understanding of MS Office, and exposure to financial products.
  • High accuracy levels and ability to meet strict timelines per agreed SLAs for advisor practices.
