Implementation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our cloud-based software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems, and providing top-notch support throughout the process. A strong understanding of SDLC processes and functional consulting experience is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting end-to-end client implementations of our cloud products, delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
  • Developing and executing SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leading projects through various phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deploy projects, achieving agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Providing hands-on training to end-users, driving adoption and ensuring smooth transition.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, with a strong focus on computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SDLC processes and functional consulting, with excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with international clients and projects, with a strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) related business processes.
