Accounts Manager Role

The organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the business.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of controllership responsibilities, including India GAAP accounting, reporting, external and internal audits, statutory and tax compliances, SEZ compliances, treasury, internal controls, and key metrics reporting.
  • Identify process improvements and simplification opportunities, drive their execution, and collaborate with other teams for completion.
  • Manage technical accounting research for complex business transactions and implement new accounting standards.
External Partnerships
  • Manage external relationships with bankers, statutory auditors, and tax consultants.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can take on this critical role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in progressive roles, especially in international operations and R&D.
  • Expertise in Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and SEZ experience, specifically in GCC/GBS space.
  • Business Partnership experience.
  • Strong professional communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements
  • CA qualification.
  • Multinational financial operations experience with good understanding of IGAAP, US GAAP.
  • Experience working in MNC environments with multiple stakeholders and matrix structures.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Desirable Skills
  • Work experience in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Budgeting and forecasting of business P&L.
