Banking Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Branch Management: Supervise and monitor branch transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Lobby Management: Oversee lobby operations, including merchandising and customer service experience.
- Operations Management: Manage branch operations, including account reconciliation and audit compliance.
- Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell banking products, drive cross-selling initiatives, and conduct field visits.
- Supervise Personal Banker desks and outsourced sales staff to ensure daily targets and service benchmarks are met.
- Guide and mentor team members for performance improvement and training on product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively resolve walk-in client concerns and queries.
- Support customer retention by offering relevant financial solutions and ensuring service excellence.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer relationship and service orientation.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of banking products and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
