Job Summary:

As a senior financial professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of Intech and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to align with group reporting standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, and variance analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare statements for submission to regulatory bodies, such as tax authorities.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Financial Administration: Undertake financial administration tasks, including monitoring financial authority limits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree with 6-9 years of experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to assimilate and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Management: Experience in managing financial systems and policies.
