We are looking for an Observability Expert with strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building observability solutions, driving adoption of APM tooling, and embedding monitoring into modern service architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient monitoring platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Lead the adoption of APM tooling with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
- Develop strategies for onboarding cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on monitoring.
- Integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom monitoring solutions where needed.
- Contribute to open-source or internal tooling/standards for monitoring.
- Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with application teams to embed monitoring into new service architectures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
- Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
