We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team.

  • About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop instructional documentation and manage projects across various systems.

    The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that meets established standards.

  • Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Developing and editing technical documentation to effectively communicate information to customers, technical staff, managers, executives, sales, and marketing teams.
    • Restructuring information to provide a better approach to problems or tasks.
    • Breaking down complex information into accessible concepts appropriate for the audience.
    • Representing information in visual/graphical forms that augment textual descriptions.
    • Utilizing common Microsoft Office software (mainly Word) to create high-quality documents.
    • Paying attention to details and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Being a self-starter and able to multi-task.
    • Having thorough knowledge of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and usage.
    • Talking with individuals and groups about their needs and asking probing questions to gather pertinent content.
    • Negotiating technical and end-user documentation priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders.

  • Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field.

  • Required Skills:

    The successful candidate will have experience in:

    • Documenting instructions for software/development/related processes.
    • Project management skills, such as organizing multiple documentation projects to keep them on schedule and reaching out to subject matter experts.
    • Using graphics/illustration software.
