VMS Talent Coordinator

This is a long-term contract opportunity for a VMS talent coordinator in India. The role can lead to permanent employment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination. They should be hands-on with a major VMS and an ATS, and have strong resume QC and candidate screening skills.

  • Liaise with the VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates and ensure high-quality submissions and rate compliance.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports.
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times.

Required qualifications include 3-6 years of experience in the field, strong English language skills, and availability for U.S. overlap hours. Nice to have qualifications include experience supporting IT and Engineering roles, light assessment administration, and basic reporting/BI skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day coordination for an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program.
  • Screening candidates and ensuring high-quality submissions.
  • Scheduling interviews and serving as the single point of contact with the VMS operations team.
KPIs:
  • SLA adherence (submission turnaround, time-to-schedule).
  • Submission quality (return/rejection rate) and audit accuracy.
  • Pipeline velocity (submittal→interview→offer) and stakeholder satisfaction.
