We are currently seeking a Design Associate to join our organization in this pivotal role. In this capacity, you will provide support to the Head of Design in managing multifaceted design deliverables, ensuring adherence to established design standards and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design in creating and periodically updating the organization's Design Playbook, incorporating best practices and evolving benchmarks.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments on new development proposals.
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
  • Prioritize timely delivery and quality design from concept to completion.
  • Evaluate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability requirements.
  • Support the implementation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and version control.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved design issues.
  • Review submissions for technical accuracy and alignment with approved plans.
Growth Alignment

Serve as the central engine driving design standardization, facilitating accelerated rollout across the organization's expansion strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration

Reporting to the Head of Design; collaborate closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful project delivery.

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
