A job opportunity has arisen for an experienced production specialist to join our client's manufacturing team in Chennai. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Maintaining production rates and meeting productivity targets
- Performing quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Identifying and suggesting opportunities for waste reduction and cost savings
- Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery
- Operating tools and equipment to aid in the manufacturing process
- Performing periodic checks on equipment and solving problems as detected
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based structure
