About Role

The primary scope of this position is to support brand growth initiatives across various product areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Insight: Understanding customer demographics, pain points and preferences, competitive landscape, etc.

2. New Product Development (NPD): Assisting in content creation for product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.

3. Communication Strategy: Collaborating on managing consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, brand campaigns, etc.

4. Data Analysis: Driving insights and learnings from marketing initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Working with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.

6. Offline Market Research: Conducting market visits to track business health metrics.

7. Other responsibilities include portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc.

Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field.

- Prior experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or Digital Marketing.

- Highly motivated and self-driven team player with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
