Job Description

 

To guarantee exceptional customer experiences, we are seeking a Customer Service Director who will oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions to multinational clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and understand their roles and responsibilities within the customer service strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Manage and monitor program performance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or service quality.
  • Present regular service reviews and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience in customer-facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in customer service management.
  • Virtual team management experience.
  • Good level of technical knowledge of Networks, Voice, Security, etc., with market understanding.
  • Language skills: English (if not mother tongue, fluent written and verbal), local language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in Information Technology.
