We're seeking an E-commerce PPC Manager to scale online stores through Google and Meta Ads. This part-time role requires someone who understands both details and the bigger picture.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Optimize Ad Campaigns: Run profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce funnels.
  • Experiment and Analyze: Test strategies, creatives, and audiences to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
  • Remarketing Strategy: Run remarketing campaigns to bring shoppers back and increase lifetime value.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Monitor cost-per-click, cost-per-action, click-through rate, average order value, and lifetime value, and use data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate Remotely: Work with our team from anywhere, balancing flexibility with accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Track Record: Experience running profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google & Meta.
  • Budget Scaling: Ability to scale budgets responsibly and profitably.
  • Familiarity with Platforms: Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Performance Marketing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including PPC, bidding models, and conversion optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Independent, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions that impact growth.
