Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic FP&A professional to join our team. As Head of FP&A, this individual will play a critical part in supporting decision-making across the business through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.

This role reports directly to the CFO and is ideal for a detail-oriented and agile finance professional with experience working in high-growth companies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Own global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities, key drivers of value, and metrics.
  • Tactical Support: Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models.
  • Cash Management: Manage detailed cash forecasts (TWCF and rolling 18 months) to monitor cash burn.
  • Scenario Planning: Support scenario planning, long-range financial models, and ad-hoc strategic analyses.
  • Capital Raise Support: Assist the CFO in capital raise with pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis.
  • Equity Management: Manage the CAP table for the organization and manage dilution scenarios with additional funding rounds, SAFE agreements, Convertible Debt, and Option grants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a Private Equity held company or other high growth company.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders, including creating and presenting persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to be independent, hands-on, and support stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent, professional-level English is a requirement.
