Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Content Operations Specialist is to ensure the smooth delivery of promotional assets. This involves working closely with internal teams to deliver content on time and within budget.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver content on time and within budget.
  • Track and manage content coming into the MAM system.
  • Locate materials and import them into the correct placeholders.
  • Chase up missing content and communicate its status to relevant teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to content delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in media companies.
  • Business acumen on media operation.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional multi-cultural teams in a collaborative way.
  • Technical knowledge of media workflows and media formats.
