Job Summary

The Primary Objective of this Role is to Coordinate and Deliver Promotional Content.

  • Promote the on-time and to-brief delivery of promotional content across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage asset requests, updates, progress, changes, and approvals using internal tools.
  • Maintain alignment with priorities and timelines across different content types and functions.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide clear delivery updates.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sourcing, tracking, and updating promotional asset delivery.
  • Facilitate requests between functions (Servicing, Management, Onboarding) to ensure fast-turnaround content is delivered.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Monitor operational capacity and identify when projected demand exceeds current bandwidth.
  • Gather and act on updates from multiple communication channels.
  • Ingest and onboard assets.
  • Track content received for ingestion into MAM systems.
  • Assign content to correct placeholders and metadata fields, and follow up on missing or incomplete materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Media Companies.
