Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Module Lead to oversee the successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of a module through monitoring, tracking and analyzing module control metrics.

  • Lead module development, production support and maintenance activities
  • Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed on or before the deadline
  • Proactively address customer issues and concerns on an everyday basis
  • Create functional and technical specification documents
  • Track open tickets/incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources ensuring timely closure
  • Ensure analysts adhere to SLA/KPI/OLA standards
  • Drive team performance and encourage continuous improvement in process efficiency
  • Comply with software quality processes and project timelines
  • Draft initial charter and module plan, create and review functional and technical specification documents
  • Monitor, track and analyze module control metrics
  • Review and consolidate module status reports and lead knowledge management activities
  • Serve as single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders
  • Motivate and develop subordinates promoting team work
