Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to support the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) proposals that address the needs of rural women. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can research and draft proposals that align with our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design CSR Proposals Focused on Rural Women:
    • Conduct thorough research to develop well-informed proposals that cater to the needs of rural women, focusing on areas such as skill-building, financial literacy, and community leadership.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners:
    • Identify potential partners and funders who share our commitment to gender equity and rural development.
    • Presentation and follow-up are essential in building long-term partnerships that drive meaningful impact.
  • Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams:
    • Engage with non-governmental organizations working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
    • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions that drive lasting change.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We welcome students or early-career professionals who:

  • Pursue BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a genuine passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Seek a career in CSR, fundraising, or social impact, with a focus on rural women empowerment.
  • Are planning to study abroad and seeking relevant experience in development work.
