We are seeking a highly skilled US Non-IT Recruiter to join Tetrahed INC in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of US-based Non-IT roles recruitment best practices and be highly skilled in sourcing and hiring the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Non-IT positions in the US market including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media platforms, and networking to identify and attract top talent for Non-IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the job requirements and create job postings accordingly.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications conducting initial interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
- Leverage data-driven recruitment techniques and tools to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends in the US market and maintain an extensive database of candidates.
- Work closely with the HR team to facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires ensuring they are aligned with company policies and culture.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Experience: 45 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on US Non-IT roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various Non-IT sectors and job roles common in the US.
- Sourcing Expertise: Must be highly proficient in using internet resources including job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Attitude: Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the recruitment process ensuring smooth operations.
- Agility: Capable of adapting to the fast-paced US recruitment landscape and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
