Job Overview

This role spearheads our AI-driven marketplace initiative, transforming total trip lifecycle handling through AI and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Align business strategy with technology and product innovation to drive the AI-led marketplace platform.
  • Practice Development: Build and scale the marketplace practice from scratch, including team hiring, capability development, and operational excellence.
  • Ecosystem Partnerships: Drive growth through strategic partners, leveraging white-label marketplace solutions for scalability and efficiency.
  • Product AI Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to incorporate AI/ML features personalizing experiences and optimizing platform performance.
  • Sales GTM Enablement: Support Sales and Marketing with solution positioning, GTM strategies, client pitches, and revenue planning.
  • Client Delivery Excellence: Oversee client implementations ensuring seamless delivery, partner success, and innovation across the customer journey.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketplace platforms, e-commerce, platform services, or digital ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in building practices/business units, P&L ownership, and delivery leadership.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML applications, platform strategy, and partner ecosystems.
  • Industry experience in travel, mobility, retail, commerce, fintech, or related sectors preferred.
  • Strong CXO-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
