As a software professional, you will be working as part of a large multi-site team involved in the design, implementation and delivery of a flagship software suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain highly secure and scalable software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Provide technical leadership to junior team members and contribute to their growth and development.
  • Document technical designs, code and other project artifacts as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent software development experience.
  • Proven working experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, J2EE and SQL.
  • 7+ years of experience in server-side programming with a strong focus on security, scalability and performance.
  • Passionate about simple and clean code, unit testing and following standard coding practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and innovation capabilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conceptualize and drive end-to-end development solutions that provide customer value.
  • A self-starter with excellent data-driven skills, analytical and problem-solving ability to drive a plan to completion.
