Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for accessories billing and retail across zones, retail partners, and experience centers.
  • Design and implement business strategies to drive sales and adoption of AnM products, addressing customer confidence issues through market analysis and problem-solving.
  • Implement and monitor accessories incentive schemes for retail partner teams, ensuring effective rollout and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a compelling accessories experience at display and test rides across all touchpoints, aligning with the organization's vision.
  • Monitor and enhance the deployment of business enablers, driving process improvements and system changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement point-of-sale (POS) and sales kit development strategies to promote accessories sales in experience centers.
  • Plan and manage dealer accessories inventory, conducting regular stock reviews to ensure adequacy and prevent obsolescence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop skilled manpower for accessories at experience centers, ensuring alignment with retail partners' aspirations and organizational vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process and system improvements, driving change management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong networking and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with systematic approaches to problem-solving.
  • Thorough understanding of retail business and selling techniques.
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to demonstrate relentless zeal to learn and adapt.

You Bring to Us:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA or PMP preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales and planning across various domains (automobile, spares, retail, FMCD). Recent experience in sales and SKU planning is preferred.
