Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. They will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to drive engagement strategies
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution

Performance Management System (PMS) Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the organization's performance management system
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments
  • Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning

Employee Relations Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data
