We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist to monitor and respond to security incidents and network issues in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity and network operations, with expertise in SIEM tools, threat hunting, and network performance optimization.

Key Details:

- Location: Delhi, India

- Shift: 8 AM - 8 PM (flexibility required for additional hours)

- Role: Utilize Splunk Enterprise Security and Elastic Security for real-time threat detection and network monitoring.

- Responsibilities:

 - Leverage Splunk ES and Elastic Security for incident response and network issue resolution.

 - Conduct root cause analysis for network outages using Trend Micro.

 - Design dashboards, automate tasks, and integrate threat intelligence.

 - Collaborate with teams to ensure network reliability.

- Requirements:

 - 4+ years in SOC/NOC roles.

 - Proficiency in Splunk, Elastic, and Trend Micro.

 - Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and cloud environments.

 - Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, Splunk Certified, Cisco CCNA.

 - Strong analytical and communication skills.
