Business Development Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our brand through sustainability and innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential business clients, managing existing client relationships and negotiating agreements.
  • Analyze market trends, participate in industry events, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Develop and present proposals to business clients, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Role Requirements
  • Approach corporate clients, hotels, wedding planners, and event companies for bulk gifting opportunities.
  • Share product catalogues, pitch Sashays products, and follow up regularly with decision makers.
  • Generate new leads daily (via calls, networking, exhibitions).
  • Maintain a lead sheet (digital platform) with status, follow-ups, and order values.
  • Support product catalogue updates and coordinate with production/packing teams for business orders.
