In this pivotal role as a Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and collaborate with global thought leaders. Here, you will make a tangible difference by:

  • Leading cross-functional teams under the guidance of our Global PMO to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Program Managers, business stakeholders, and team members to establish clear objectives, assign responsibilities, and drive timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and monitoring all project activities to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes. Identifying potential risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Providing training and support to team members on project management methodologies and tools, ensuring their seamless adoption.
  • Facilitating meetings and discussions to align schedules, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative environment.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To excel in this position, you will need (at a minimum):

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • OR
  • A High School Diploma / GED along with 5 years of experience in IT Project Management

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills are also essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in SAP-related projects, to execute duties effectively.
  • Ability to take ownership of project aspects, typically medium in scale, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and self-motivated skills.
  • Further qualifications that can enhance your success include:
  • Effectively navigating ambiguity in high-pressure environments.
  • Communicating across multiple levels of an organization.
  • ERP deployment and process knowledge.
  • Project management experience in the healthcare sector.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
