Senior Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing accounting support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in public accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior or supervisor role
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) license
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx Engagement software for audit/review engagements and CCH ProSystem Fx Tax software for tax return preparation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis
  • Audit and review engagement management
  • Preparation of tax returns
