International Student Services Coordinator needed for a dynamic, customer-facing role in Mumbai, India.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can handle front-office operations, answer inquiries related to studying abroad, and manage telecalling responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:
  1. Greet clients, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls, providing detailed information regarding study abroad programs, application processes, and visa guidance.
  3. Assist clients with booking appointments, scheduling consultations with study advisors, and providing relevant brochures or information.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized front office, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the organization.
  5. Handle incoming mail, documents, and applications for students interested in studying abroad.

Telecalling:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students or leads who are interested in studying abroad.
  2. Provide information about study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, and visa procedures.
  3. Assist students with the application process, addressing queries and offering guidance on required documentation.
  4. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely application submissions, answering any questions they may have about courses or destinations.

Administrative and Support Duties:
  1. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of student files, applications, and other documentation.
  2. Support the team in organizing seminars, webinars, and workshops for students interested in studying abroad.
  3. Coordinate communication between students, academic institutions, and visa consultants.
  4. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service, front-office roles, or telecalling is highly preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the local language.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) and communication tools.

Work Conditions:

Duration:
  • 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance

Work Schedule:
  • 6 days a week, in-office
