We provide personalised, end-to-end support for university admissions, visa processing, and pre-departure preparation. As we expand our team in Mumbai, we are inviting qualified professionals to join us in a non-sales, academically focused counselling role.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students aspiring to pursue higher education in Germany, USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
- Guide students through the complete admission lifecycle including shortlisting institutions, application support, documentation, and visa processes
- Stay informed about international admission criteria, institutional requirements, and visa regulations
- Coordinate with partner institutions, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed student records, adhere to documentation standards, and ensure data accuracy and compliance

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred fields: Education, Counselling, International Studies, or related disciplines)
- Minimum one year of experience in international education counselling or a similar domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational, documentation, and time-management abilities
- High standards of professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset

Compensation

The compensation offered will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.

- This is a purely academic and admissions counselling role
