Immersive 3D Experience Specialist

AjnaLens is looking for a passionate specialist to create high-quality 3D environments, props, and characters for mobile, PC, VR, and MR simulations/games. Expertise in Blender is essential, while knowledge of 3ds Max, Unity, and Unreal Engine will be a strong plus.

In this role, you will craft immersive assets and animations optimized for VR/MR, while collaborating with designers and developers to bring life-like experiences into our products. Your work will directly shape the scale, realism, and immersion of AjnaLens's cutting-edge simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create optimized 3D environments, props, and characters for VR/MR simulations and games.
  • Rig, skin, and animate characters with realistic or stylized motion.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate assets seamlessly into Unity and Unreal Engine.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a 3D Artist in mobile, PC, VR, or MR game/simulation projects.
  • Experience contributing to at least 1 shipped project.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation).
  • Strong grasp of environment and object creation.
  • Good understanding of character modeling and animation pipelines.
  • Ability to optimize assets for immersive hardware (LOD, texture compression, light baking).
  • Familiarity with Unity and/or Unreal Engine integration.

What You'll Be Creating

You'll be bringing to life immersive 3D assets and characters that form the foundation of AjnaLens's VR/MR simulations and games. Your creations will directly impact how people train, learn, and interact in futuristic digital worlds.
