Talent Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day needs and queries of creators, proactively engaging with brands, fostering strong relationships with creators, and contributing to campaigns by sharing content ideas and staying abreast of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creators' needs and queries via email and other communication channels.
  • Proactively reach out to brands, act on incoming brand queries, and negotiate deals efficiently.
  • Bolster long-term relationships with creators.
  • Contribute to campaign success by providing innovative content ideas and understanding market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A friendly, approachable personality to maintain strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with content strategy, implementation, and campaigns is a plus.
