Brand Manager Digital

The role of a Brand Manager is to act as a brand custodian responsible for owning communication strategy, safeguarding brand consistency, and driving long-term equity.

Bridge strategy and execution by briefing teams, continuously analyzing consumer insights and market trends to shape campaigns.

Responsible for defining and evolving the brand's unique value proposition, messaging framework, and tone of voice.

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive long-term equity and brand growth.
  • Brief teams with brand-specific insights to ensure campaigns reflect long-term brand equity.
  • Safeguard consistency of communication across product listings, campaigns, partnerships, and customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze data, competitor activity, and category trends to inform campaigns and product innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital content amplification, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing KPIs and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
