Job Description:

As a seasoned talent acquisition professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the volume hiring for our organization.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • This position reports to the TA Head and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.
  • You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  • Your overall talent strategy will involve determining the number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the company to meet planned client requirements and improve team productivity.
  • You will work on Talent Strategy Design, Planning, Acquisition, and Forecasting.
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers is also an essential part of this role.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Managers from board approval of head count to initiate hiring process till onboarding.
  • Driving several special projects/initiatives is another key responsibility.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection processes are adhered to, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks, and offers.
  • Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk, and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • The ability to be successful in a fast-paced, constantly changing, results-oriented environment.
  • The ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
