Senior Finance Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to join our team, working closely with the Seller Experience group.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will partner with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytical support for evaluating and prioritizing new business ideas. You will also be responsible for providing financial direction, operational controls, administrative procedures, and information technology systems to effectively grow the business while securing its financial strength and operating efficiency.

Your role will involve helping to scale Seller Experience initiatives by partnering with stakeholders across Emerging and Established countries worldwide. This requires strong analytical and business modeling skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization, requiring autonomy and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity. A proven track record of influencing business partners and hiring, developing, and retaining top talent is essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Access, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards, and Python
