Job Title: Data ETL Engineer

The Role – Senior Data Tester position involves analyzing and optimizing complex data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across various systems.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve data integration issues.
    • Develop, test, and deploy efficient ETL processes using Azure Cloud platform tools such as Pipelines and Spark Notebooks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance frameworks.
    • Continuously monitor and improve data quality through rigorous testing and analytics.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and SQL programming languages.
    • Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and data lake architecture.
    • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
    • Proficiency in automation tools such as ToSca for script module creation.
    • Good analytical skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Prior experience with Azure Synapse Workspace and Pyspark technologies.
    • Working knowledge of Kafka and Avro file formats.
