We are seeking a skilled Quality Specialist 2 to join our team

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused individual to contribute to the success of our organization. As a Quality Specialist 2, you will be responsible for managing complaint handling activities, supporting key quality and regulatory areas, and ensuring the safe and effective use of our products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and implement corrective actions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in post-market product surveillance, regulatory reporting, and quality management.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage complaint handling activities, including receipt, review, and resolution of complaints.
  • Support key quality and regulatory areas, including risk management, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), and audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Basic experience in quality, regulatory, or related field.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
