Release Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned release management professional who will oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle of our AI product on Google Cloud.

  • The ideal candidate will orchestrate planning, stakeholder alignment, Go/No-Go decisions, deployment, and retrospectives to ensure every release is smooth, reliable, and bug-free.
  • This role combines release management discipline with cloud engineering expertise, including Google Cloud, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • The successful candidate will bring clarity to fast-paced AI deployments while building systems that prevent issues before they occur.

This role requires proven experience in release management, strong Google Cloud expertise, hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation, as well as experience with CI/CD tools and familiarity with AI/ML product release cycles.

The successful candidate will lead CAB reviews and release readiness checks to minimize risk, troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during releases, and develop observability dashboards that give real-time visibility into release health.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product teams to ensure every release meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
