Workday Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio.

  • You will collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop efficient data flow and compatibility in Workday integrations.
  • Maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
