Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned leader with expertise in Workday Solutions to spearhead architectural design, governance, compliance, and system integrity across Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and implement robust solution architectures that meet business objectives and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks for configuration changes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • System Integrity & Change Management: Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide leadership insights and inform business decisions.
