Job Title: Architectural Associate

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Associate to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for concept design, design development, and finalization of various types of projects.

  • Concept Design: Develop and implement innovative design concepts that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with internal departments and consultants to develop and refine project designs.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and finalize project documentation, including specifications and working drawings.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: B.Arch degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 18-20 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Skills: Creativity, project management, attention to detailing, communication, and team work.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of architects and draughtsmen.
