As a visionary architectural leader, you will spearhead the design and development of intricate projects. The ideal candidate possesses 14+ years of experience in industrial ventures and 4+ years in Data Center environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic master plans and detailed layouts at the plot plan level
  • Create innovative architectural designs, working drawings, and 3D models
  • Prepare comprehensive design basis reports, room books, and site works tenders
  • Lead a team of skilled Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements
  • Review and ensure quality control on models, extracting layouts from 3D models
  • Assist in procurement, providing technical clarifications and participating in pre-bid/post-bid meetings
Requirements
  • B.Arch. degree from a recognized institution, registered with COA
  • Excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings
  • Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, Twin motion
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts
Industry Experience

Industrial projects: advance manufacturing of chemicals, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals; new energy businesses like EV, PV, and associated industrial projects; automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects

Data Centre projects: hyper scale and retail scale mandatory
