Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the company's vision.
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs that meet industry standards.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments that ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular to provide an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to refine the design and enhance user engagement.
  • Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements to maintain a professional image.
  • Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows to achieve seamless functionality.
  • Design banners, communications, newsletters, systems, and report design layouts that align with the company's visual identity.
  • Lead website and intranet redesign initiatives to improve user experience and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D to drive innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in web programming, JavaScript, React/Angular to deliver high-quality results.
  • Utilize strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
  • Pursue knowledge of web and application design principles and aesthetics to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
