Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Pune. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and creating seamless user experiences. Daily tasks include conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and designing user interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end implementation of design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
  • Strong abilities in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
