Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity

To excel in a dynamic retail environment, we seek a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Providing personalized service to customers, exceeding their expectations
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with Interior Designers & Architects to convert project business
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction by adhering to brand standards
  • Ensuring accurate reports, inventory management, and visual merchandising are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Expanding the HNI Database by collecting, updating, and maintaining customer data
  • Defining targeted marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Retail Sales
  • Experience: 4+ years of retail sales operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands
  • Languages: Fluent English and Hindi
  • Skills:
    • Organized and process-oriented
    • Brand image concerned
    • Ability to write reports
    • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Serious, proactive, and able to handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment
    • Strong computer and analytical skills
