Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Support Specialist. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
  • Log, track, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve complex issues in a swift and efficient manner.
  • Provide clear guidance on company policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs, knowledge base, and employee self-service tools to enhance employee experience.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior HR team members when necessary, ensuring prompt attention to critical matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Employee Services (internships or entry-level roles considered).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll practices is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required) to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate good organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/Payroll tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
