Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using Python and Django.
  • Create efficient database schemas and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new products and services across the development stack.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs securely.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues and bugs efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Django and Python backend development.
  • Expertise in Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience in database design and management.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying solutions in production environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to healthcare IT standards such as HIPAA compliance.
