We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Manual Author to join our team. This role involves creating and revising detailed technical documents for Airbus aircraft, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality maintenance procedures for various Airbus models, including A320, A330, A350, and A380.
  • Effectively interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical information to create accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ATA iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance departments.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior authors and illustrators, promoting a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing and editing, particularly in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of airframe and systems-related ATA chapters.
  • Familiarity with Airbus documentation standards and tools.
  • Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
