Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at KellyOCG. As a key member of our staffing services, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various client openings.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruiting experience, including proactive/passive sourcing experience in a niche market with a specialized skill set. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and experience in staffing/TA or corporate recruiting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability for the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.
  • Prioritize daily workload/tasks as a Recruiter, consulting with hiring managers and following processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.

Sourcing Strategies

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.
  • Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.).
  • Utilize advanced internet mining techniques, online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate expertise in using advanced search techniques to generate qualified and interested candidates.
  • Develop sourcing plans and participate in recruiting events.
  • Operational experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System preferred.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet.

Benefits
