Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a brand voice that resonates with our target audience.
  • Dream up and execute campaigns that get screenshotted, shared, and remembered.
  • Elevate every touchpoint—social, website, ads, packaging, offline—to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves and cultural shifts.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers so that brand and growth don't live in silos.
  • Build playbooks for influencers, partnerships, and PR that break patterns, not budgets.
  • Analyze data, listen to feedback, and adjust strategy to achieve results.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience shaping and shaking things up in brand strategy (bonus if in D2C, lifestyle, fashion).
  • A keen sense of youth culture and digital trends—you know what's hot before it hits the mainstream.
  • Campaigns in your past that actually moved hearts (and sales).
  • A strong storyteller who can switch between clever one-liners and deep strategy decks.
  • Creative instincts backed by data, not just vibes.
